Services

Host & Stay provides consulting, implementation, optimization, marketing, and educational services related to the short-term rental industry.

We do not provide property management services and do not assume responsibility for the operation or management of any property.

Client Agreements

Paid services are also subject to the applicable approved estimate or written service agreement. If there is a conflict, that estimate or agreement takes precedence. Posting changes to these website terms does not amend an existing client agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate information and effective strategies, we do not guarantee bookings, occupancy levels, revenue, search rankings, guest inquiries, or any specific business outcome.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms and software providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, publication delays, software errors, algorithm changes, or actions taken by any third-party provider.

Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, branding, logos, documents, templates, and materials are the property of Host & Stay or its licensors unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Rights to client deliverables are governed by the applicable approved estimate or written service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host & Stay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

You and Host & Stay agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, for disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or our services, subject to applicable mandatory law.
