We’re the team behind Host & Stay, a boutique short-term rental consulting company focused on improving performance across major booking platforms and direct channels.
We’ve stayed in 200+ short-term rentals and optimized thousands of listings worldwide. That experience gives us a clear understanding of how guests behave, how platforms rank and surface listings, and where revenue is often left on the table.
Our work spans Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct booking websites, Expedia, Marriott, Google Vacation Rentals, TripAdvisor, and other distribution channels. Rather than optimizing for a single platform, we focus on building listings and systems that perform consistently across channels.
